Our Story

August Sage and Violet was started in summer 2011 by Rhonda Smith, a fourth-generation floral artist with over 20 years of experience in the floral and event industry.

Here, we dedicate ourselves to telling unique and captivating stories through florals by thoughtfully engaging with the subtle nuances and delicate poetics that come from working with an ephemeral and natural medium.. We see our clients as collaborators in a beautiful and expressive project, and we truly enjoy taking them along every step of the creative journey.
